Yoga for Beginners - term-time courses with Jenny
A course for the Yoga novice or a complete beginner, or those who have been out of practice and would like a refresher.
5 weeks: April 19th – May 24th – no class on May 10th
6 weeks: June 14th - July 19th
Yoga for Pregnancy - 5 week Course with Kirsti
This course is designed for people who are 12+ weeks pregnant that want to learn about the changes of the body & hormones through pregnancy whilst moving their body to feel better every day.

Postnatal Yoga - 5 week Course with Kirsti
This course is designed for people who have become a parent or had a baby in the last 12 months. You are wanting to move, flow and practice yoga in a fun and functional way to help you feel better every day..
