Qigong - Spring Rising

Spring and Rising Qi.
Spring is not passive. It rises, stretches, grows and begins to flourish.
In this course align your body and spirit with the ancient rhythm of the 24 Solar Terms as we move through Qingming (Pure Brightness) and Guyu (Grain Rain), which are two powerful gateways of renewal.
This course will invite you to:
Release stored tension from the Liver system
Improve flexibility in the spine and tendons
Transform irritability into clear direction
Strengthen your roots while expanding your vision
Expect flowing sequences, breath work, meditation and deep seasonal insight. All levels and experience are welcome.
About Qigong:
Qigong is a practice which focuses on health, relaxation, energy and vitality. Often described as the art of effortless power, qigong is one of the five pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Qi can be translated as vital life force energy while gong means to cultivate or work. Therefore, qigong is a form of energy cultivation which includes forms (movement), visualisation, meditation and breathwork.
Qigong helps to restore balance in body-mind-spirit, aids lubrication of joints, builds strength and stability.
