About Qigong.

Qigong is a practice which focuses on health, relaxation, energy and vitality. Often described as the art of effortless power, qigong is one of the five pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Therefore qigong is a form of energy cultivation which includes forms (movement), visualisation, meditation and breathwork.
