Sian our Homeopath Therapist believes that Homeopathy is energy medicine, it whispers to the vital force, facilitating self healing. Homeopathy has a holistic approach, taking into account your emotional, mental and physical health and history. It is a talking therapy where you will be seen and heard, in order to decide on the perfect remedies for your individual situation.

Sian has over 20 years experience practising Homeopathy and has developed a unique approach that includes Classical Homeopathy, Therapeutic Homeopathy, HomeoHerbals, Homeobotanicals, Flower Essences and Planetary Bio-Energetics.

She is passionate about helping mums navigate the hormonal changes of perimenopause that can leave them feeling overwhelmed and stuck in emotional cycles of anger and burn out, using Homeopathy and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy to nurture and support the nervous system and mental and emotional wellbeing.
