This 90-minute Kundalini Yoga workshop is designed to support nervous system regulation and calm a busy mind.
We will begin with a short introduction to how Kundalini Yoga works with the body’s energy systems and why its breathwork, movement, and mantra practices are particularly effective for reducing stress, improving emotional resilience, and restoring inner steadiness.
The practice will then focus on the Root Chakra (Muladhara) — our foundation of safety, stability, and grounded presence. Through intentional movement, breath (pranayama), and mantra meditation, we will work to release excess tension, settle the mind, and strengthen our sense of inner support.
