A Monthly Workshop for Nervous System Regulation

Monthly Sundays 4.00 - 5.30 pm

These 90-minute Kundalini Yoga workshops are designed to support the energies and emotions associated with each of the seven chakras.  Each month we will focus on a different chakra. The booking link below will tell you where we are focused this month.

  • Root Chakra (Mulhadara) - Grounding | Mantra | Deep Calm

  • Sacral Chakra (Svadhishthana) - Creativity | Flow | Emotional Balance

  • Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - Confidence | Vitality | Personal Power

  • Heart Chakra (Anahata) - Compassion | Connection | Inner Harmony

  • Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - Authentic Expression | Voice | Clarity

  • Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) - Intuition | Insight | Inner Wisdom | Clarity

  • Crown Chakra (Shahasrara) -  Connection | Presence | Consciousness | Peace

Each session begins with a short introduction to how Kundalini Yoga works with the body's energy systems and why its breathwork, movement, and mantra practices are particularly effective for releasing tension, strengthening self-expression, and creating greater mental and emotional clarity.

The practice will then focus on the chosen chakra and the physical and emotional characteristics associated with that particular energy centre.  Through intentional movement, breath (pranayama), and mantra meditation, we will work to release blocks and nourish our intention and strengths in that area

 Kasia is a holistic wellness coach and Ayurvedic practitioner with a profound passion for spreading the teachings of the Ayurvedic way of living.
