Sound Journey and Meditation with Nichole
Join Nichole for a nourishing evening of sound and guided meditation.
Sound healing is a simple yet profound way to connect with the core of our being & recharge at the cellular level. The resonance only asks that you are present and receptive.
Nichole will start by using words to guide you out of your day-to-day headspace, and into a place where you are ready to be bathed in sound - it washes over you as you fall into a deep sense of calm and clarity. During the journey, you may find that things you have been holding onto come up for you, giving you a chance to release them so you can relax more deeply.
About Nichole
Nichole is a Yoga teacher and Sound Healer. She says that our true identity is one of love and happiness. It’s not something that we find outside of ourselves and it’s using these practices that really helps us uncover that truth and it’s her pleasure to be able to share these teachings with you. What to bring
Something comfortable to lie on , something to support your head, enough blankets or clothing to keep you feeling warm and secure, and something to cover your eyes if you like.
Please be sure to arrive a few minutes beforehand so you can land, settle in and get comfortable in time for the start.
Who is this suitable for?
Suitable for everyone over the age of 15 years old.
Gong baths are not recommended during pregnancy or if you wear a pacemaker. In addition, they are not suitable for people with sound sensitivity, such as tinnitus, some forms or epilepsy and mental health issues.
