As you relax into the journey, you may notice thoughts, emotions, or tensions rising to the surface. This is part of the process—an opportunity to soften, release, and let go of what you’ve been carrying. Supported by soothing vibrations and intentional guidance, you’ll be held in a space where deeper relaxation and renewal can naturally unfold.
About Nichole
Nichole is a Yoga teacher and Sound Healer. She says that our true identity is one of love and happiness. It’s not something that we find outside of ourselves and it’s using these practices that really helps us uncover that truth and it’s her pleasure to be able to share these teachings with you. What to bring
Something comfortable to lie on , something to support your head, enough blankets or clothing to keep you feeling warm and secure, and something to cover your eyes if you like.
Please be sure to arrive a few minutes beforehand so you can land, settle in and get comfortable in time for the start.
Who is this suitable for?
Suitable for everyone over the age of 15 years old.
Gong baths are not recommended during pregnancy or if you wear a pacemaker. In addition, they are not suitable for people with sound sensitivity, such as tinnitus, some forms or epilepsy and mental health issues.
