Held - A Workshop
with Erin Frazer
Boundaries — Where the Body Meets the Self
Held is a new workshop series from Erin Frazer — a BACP-registered psychodynamic counsellor and long-time yoga teacher, bringing talking therapy into direct contact with the body. This first session, Boundaries — Where the Body Meets the Self, explores how we hold our edges: where we let people in, where we hold firm, and where we might collapse without realising it.
Across ninety minutes, we'll move between reflection, gentle yoga-informed movement, and creative expression — drawing on psychodynamic thinking and embodied practice — to explore this theme through the body as well as the mind. We'll close in a sharing circle: a held, opt-in space to reflect aloud and be witnessed by the group, or simply to listen.
No experience is needed, and nothing is compulsory — you're welcome to take part fully, or simply observe and reflect.
This is a workshop, not a therapy session — a space for insight and connection, open to anyone curious about themselves.
