Cosy Candle-lit Restorative Yoga
A workshop with Claire Stone

A nourishing workshop focusing on calming the nervous system, to create deep relaxation and stress relief – ready for the Christmas period.
Slow Gentle Flow
The session will start with a very slow, gentle yoga practice done in the soft glow of candlelight.
Restorative Poses
We’ll then move into a restorative practice, where we will be using props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and pillows to fully support the body and make the poses super comfortable.
Yoga Nidra
While laying in Savasana at the end of the session, you’ll listen to a guided meditation that will lead you to a deep state of relaxation. The spoken instructions will help you to move awareness through the body, focusing on the breath, and setting an intention, which can promote rest and reduce anxiety.
Get ready for a good night’s sleep!
What to bring
Mats, blocks and bolsters and mats are provided
Bring your own blanket for extra warmth during relaxation, layers to get cosy, and a pillow
