Pathways to Wellbeing
A morning of connection and community at BEAM
On the morning of Sunday 26th July, The Secret Space will be hosting a ‘Pathways to Wellbeing’ event in the foyer at BEAM – Hertford’s innovative and amazing Arts and Culture Venue.
This event aims to connect local charitable organisations and create visibility for people in the community who might benefit from the services on offer. Our aim is to raise awareness of support across a variety of areas and hope to create a safe space for open and meaningful conversations around wellbeing.
We have invited a number of local charities who share our passion for supporting the local community. Alongside these exceptional contributors, The Secret Space will be hosting free drop in yoga sessions for anyone who is interested in experiencing the benefits of yoga in a safe nurturing environment.
All participants will be showcasing on the ground floor of BEAM, so the event will be accessible for all. The drop in Yoga sessions will take place in Studio 2 which is also on the ground floor.
We are extremely grateful to the team at BEAM for gifting us the space to host this event as part of their offering to the local community.

The Secret Space
We aspire to create a safe and welcoming space where all people can connect, feel supported and thrive in body, mind, and spirit — enabling individuals to live full lives and fostering a healthier, happier society
Our purpose is to provide holistic support to those in our community facing life’s challenges – be they physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
Through funded programmes, low-cost trauma-sensitive services, and collaboration with local charities, we make the life-changing benefits of yoga and holistic therapies accessible to all. This empowers our service users to take control over their health and recovery.
Above all, we are committed to treating all those who come through our doors with
non-judgmental compassion, creating a space for healing and growth and fostering a thriving, more resilient community.
