PAIN: A 3 Workshop Series
Exploring New Ways to Understand and Relate to Pain
Sundays - 3-5 pm in person or on Zoom
12th October
9th November
7th December
Pain — it’s not a word many of us like to hear, and it’s certainly not something we enjoy feeling. But pain, in its many shapes and forms, doesn’t always give us the choice to ignore it.
In this three-part workshop series, join Claire — myofascial release therapist and myofascial yoga teacher — to explore the nature of pain and how we can work with both body and mind to meet it with more awareness, compassion, and ease
This offering is designed as a series so that we can gently build trust and understanding over time — with ourselves, with the practices, and with one another. By returning each session, we create a more supportive and grounded environment for meaningful change.
We’ll explore the science of pain, learn practices that support nervous system regulation, and explore how to shift our relationship with pain — even when the pain itself doesn’t change.
The Workshop Series Will Include:
Myofascial yoga and gentle movement
Mindfulness and breath-based practices
Tools to explore pain-free or less-painful movement
Foundational insights from pain science
A supportive and inclusive environment
The chance to return each session to deepen your connection with the work and build safety through familiarity
