Please bring 1–3 heartfelt intentions/affirmations – known as Sankalpas

This workshop is not suitable for complete beginners, but anyone with some yoga experience is warmly welcome. Eliane offers an inclusive environment—please contact us in advance if you have specific needs.
About Eliane
Eliane is a BWY tutor delivering both the Diploma and Certificate teacher training courses. With 20 years of teaching experience, she combines deep knowledge with passion and care.
Her teaching is grounded in:

A staged, inclusive approach to teaching.
