Term-Time courses with Esme
This ongoing term-time course offers a safe, compassionate space for anyone on their journey of healing navigating life’s changes, challenges or a desire for deeper connection and understanding.
Each 4–6-week module combines the foundations of Trauma-Centre-Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)—invitation, choice, attunement, embodiment, and empowerment—with practices including yoga philosophy, energy awareness, pranayama, mindfulness, and gentle restorative movement.
The content is designed to align with the natural rhythms of the seasons and the subtle energy of each period, helping participants feel supported, grounded, and in tune with their own growth.
Each week provides a dedicated hour to reconnect with your body at your own pace, calm your nervous system, and cultivate resilience, while the thematic modules offer fresh perspectives and tools, encouraging continued exploration and transformation throughout the year.

Who can attend:
Open to anyone - no previous experience required. You will be asked to complete an intake form once you are registered, so Esme can assess your particular needs
What to bring:
Just yourself, some water and comfortable clothing - we have all the equipment you need, but do bring your mat and blanket if you have one and it's easy.
