The Menopause Space: Support, Stillness & Sound

With Silvana Greenfield

Join us for a nurturing and empowering 2.5 hour session created for anyone approaching or experiencing menopause. This event offers a safe and supportive space to explore the emotional, physical, and psychological changes of this life stage through the lens of the MENOPAUSE acronym, a holistic framework for wellbeing. We'll share stories, insights and support before ending the session with a restorative sound bath to calm the nervous system and reconnect with the body.

What to Expect:

We'll begin with an exploration of the MENOPAUSE acronym, opening up a compassionate group conversation around mindset, energy, nutrition, and more. This space welcomes personal sharing, questions, and reflection.

The second half of the session invites you to lie back and relax into a deeply calming sound bath, designed to soothe, restore, encourage rest and support emotional release.

What to Bring

  • Something comfortable to lie on - yoga mats are provided but bring your own if you want some extra comfort

  • A blanket and pillow for warmth and comfort during the sound bath

  • A notebook and pen for notes, journaling or reflection

  • Water bottle

  • An open mind and willingness to share (only if you feel comfortable)

Who can attend?

This workshop is suitable for anyone approaching, experiencing, or curious about menopause, including those in perimenopause or post-menopause. All are welcome, whether you're navigating this transition personally or supporting someone who is.
