Tianna - Yoga Teacher
Tianna’s Yoga journey began with the discipline and structure of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, where she built a strong foundation in breath, alignment, and dynamic movement. Over the years, her practice has evolved - moulding into something more fluid, expressive, and expansive. Today, her classes blend the grounding principles of Ashtanga with the creative freedom of Hatha, energy work, and other movement styles.
With strong core work, chakra-focused sequences, and a touch of poetry and art, Tianna’s flows are thoughtfully crafted to support both physical and energetic alignment. She believes yoga is for every body, and her classes invite you to explore, express, and connect deeply to your body and surrounding - on and off the mat.
