Stuart - Men’s Coach
Coaching Men and Adults struggling with their neurodiversity
As a man in his 60s, I bring the lived experience of being a dad, a husband and an entrepreneur. I have founded and led three arts charities. My background is as a theatre producer and artist. I understand the stresses and anxiety that can give rise to unhealthy habits, burnout and a loss of motivation and morale.
The fundamentals of my work are person-centred, building on my clients’ strengths, defining their goals, and building self-confidence. Working with my clients, we address the daily habits and concerns that can hinder purpose. Setting simple, achievable goals and monitoring my clients progress.
Therapy tends to focus on healing past emotional pain and treating mental health conditions. Using elements of cognitive behavioural therapy and neurolinguistics, my approach to coaching focuses on achieving specific goals, such as career advancement or making lifestyle changes. Providing motivation, guidance and accountability.
My experience has led me to work with individuals, groups and teams in corporate environments and the public sector, often facilitating future planning, developing their mission or finding better ways to communicate and work together.
