Kerry - Acupuncturist

I discovered acupuncture through seeking to improve my own health over 20 years ago when I felt that conventional medicine was missing something. My experience is typical of the patients I see in clinic: people are increasingly keen to find something effective to help them that will not give them unwanted or unpleasant side effects and they may have run out of options in the conventional medicine field.

I have worked to support patients with a range of conditions such as anxiety, insomnia, IBS, menopausal symptoms, thyroid disease, multiple sclerosis, and urinary and gynaecological problems.

I am a fully licensed member of the British Acupuncture Council and have completed a 3-year degree licentiate which consisted of 3700 hours of training. This included anatomy, physiology and biomedicine courses. My final year was spent working in a clinic on Old Street in London for 400 hours under close supervision where my needling skills and safe practice was continuously assessed. I have undertaken additional professional training in menopause and women’s health.
