In our challenging and demanding world we’re all required to do several things at once. Our brains are busier than ever before, so it becomes essential to learn how to lower our stress levels, find balance and peace inside us and be more open to what is.
Practice of Zen doesn’t require any outstanding physical abilities or special knowledge. It encourages awareness of the workings of one’s own mind as a means of living mindfully in all areas of daily life – at home, at work and in the community. The simple techniques of Zen are a way to create more peaceful space in your life and learn to be truly here.

About the class

Each session will start with a short introduction and instructions followed by a quick warm up for a comfortable sitting position, 15 min meditation, 5 minute walking meditation and another 15 min of zazen followed by a discussion. Each class will offer useful advice and techniques to develop your practice at home.
