AUTUMN TERM 2017

We will be running two courses in the Autumn Term:

Tuesdays September 12th – October 17th (6 weeks)
Tuesdays October 31st – December 12th  (7 weeks)

Children 16:00 – 16:45
Teenagers 16:45 – 17:45

Children – Courses £6 per class, or £7 drop-in.
Teens – £8 per class or £9 drop-in.

Yoga for Parents:

Starting September 19th

Once you’ve dropped your little one off to children’s yoga, it’s the perfect opportunity for you to take some time for yourself!

Pippa will be leading a parent yoga class to run at the same time as the children’s yoga. The class will be gentle hatha yoga and will include some postures (asana), some breath work (pranayama) and some relaxation.

Afterwards you will feel refreshed, revitalised and ready to share the evening with your child!
