The most important thing to remember about meditation is that it is simple to learn. The Secret Space offers classes that will give you practical techniques that can be incorporated into any busy lifestyle.

Sunday Night Meditation
Every Sunday 18:00 – 19:00

It’s easy to get swept up in the relentless pace of the modern world. We’re all so busy and it can be difficult to stay connected to your true self and feel calm and grounded.

Our meditation sessions will equip you with the tools to be mindful, present and calm in your daily lives. Through an exploration of different meditation techniques, breath work and intention setting, you’ll learn how to cultivate your own practices to improve your mental wellness and combat feelings of stress and anxiety.

The sessions will be an hour long and anyone is welcome, regardless of whether you have meditated before. The idea is that you start a new week feeling serene and aligned with your purpose. It’s going to be magical!
